Så lidt plads hos dem at man bliver i tvivl om man overhovedet kan parkere (inkl. sig selv for at vente der), ikke behageligt venterum, tydeligt stedet er bygget til bare at varetage så mange opgaver om dagen som muligt, uden andre hensyn overhovedet. Alt andet er en eftertanke. Prisen er fin nok, men ville aldrig anbefale stedet hvis et andet bare kom i nærheden af prisen, eller bare lå et par km. længere væk. Det er ikke det værd.

Volkswagen Touran 2016

I'm sure the work they did to my car was fine, but they misquoted me a good price (which was the entire reason I chose them) and then suddenly I had to pay 50% extra. They'd also estimated the wait time wrong so my 1.5 hour wait became 4 hours. Then they blamed AutoButler for not having properly transferred the tasks I'd requested (even though we could both see them in the guy's system when he was looking) and told me to contact AutoButler about the mistake. I contacted AutoButler about the mistake and they, of course, said it's down to the garage. So yeah, I definitely feel I got screwed over - because I did.

There was indeed an error in our system related to how the wheel replacement task was transferred, and we fully acknowledge that this may have contributed to the confusion — we’re sorry about that. At the same time, we want to reassure you that you were not charged any extra for the wheels replacement itself. The additional cost you experienced was due to the SYN (vehicle inspection), which was not included in the original estimate provided through AutoButler. This service amounted to 950 DKK plus VAT. We understand that the situation with both the pricing and the waiting time did not meet your expectations, and we’re taking your feedback seriously to improve both our communication and our internal processes.
