Det blev en del dyrere fordi min bil rummer 5,2 l olie og ikke 4 l som var indholdt i tilbudet. Tænker at det kunne de godt have oplyst mig om ved tilbudets start.
Måtte vente 1 1/2 time tiltrods for at jeg havde bestilt tid og var der præsis . Betjeningen var god og venlig . Vh Poul

I came to the workshop to change oil, but since I was there I asked to check the parking sensors that were not working, but I clearly explained that I want to get an offer before they would start any major work. They offered me a temporary car while they would do the work and they told me they would call me later. I came back to my office and they only called me at the end of the day. So, I came to the workshop and there came the surprise. They said they worked the whole day in my car looking for the electric issue and then they charged me ~3600 kr to come to the conclusion that maybe the problem was in the parking sensor box, but they were not sure. I showed my frustration and told that was not what we have agreed. They gave me a small discount and they told that they would call Nissan the next day and tell me about the price for the second part of the parking sensor job. This never happened. That's is a good example of "the cheap" becoming expensive. I have plans to sell the car and the fact that the sensors were not working did not bother me at all. I would only address it if it was cheap and quick. Maybe it was a misunderstanding. Maybe, but what is very clear to me is that I will never come back to this place again or recommend.
