Auto Clinic

The customer arrived for air conditioning service and an oil and filter change. The initial price quote for the A/C service was incorrect because the vehicle uses a newer type of refrigerant. We informed the customer of this before starting; he agreed to the new price, and we proceeded with the service. After completing the work, we started the car to check the pressure and cooling performance. We noticed that the system was only cooling down to 17°C and that there was a slight noise coming from the compressor. Problems arose the moment we informed the customer about this. He refused to listen to reason, insisting that everything had been fine previously and claiming that we had likely damaged the system while connecting the service machine. He was unresponsive to our explanations and became quite aggressive, so we ended the conversation, and he simply left the workshop. We do not believe that anything was done improperly or contrary to the intended repair.
