Kunden oplyser at han er blevet snydt for 35.000 uden for autobutler! Og han oplyser at det tilbud han har fået igennem Autobutler ikke holdte stik ifølge værkstedet og de ville ikke udlevere bilen og kunden følte at han blev holdt som gidsel!

Guy at the reception was not friendly, I almost felt I was bothering him. The technician working in the car was really nice and friendly. They did a very poor job and I had to bring the car back again for a second wheel tracking (ok, it can happen to anyone). When I called to tell them that the alignment was not properly performed, I didn't feel any sense of urgency on the other side of the phone, i.e. "we are fully booked for the coming X days", well... I would have expected a claim like this to be given high priority and it is not like a wheel tracking takes a full day of work. Then he promised to call me back to propose a new appointment but he never did, I called again several hours later and got a "oh, sorry, I was busy".
